Concerning the surface quality of our products the program has been successful for years and we continuously improve our product. The surface quality is now harder, colors are more stable and have a better self-cleaning-effect by e.g. rain. Dirt will not easily adhere to the surface (dust, dirt from street, bird excrements, road salt etc.). The plastic profile consists of impact resistant core material coated with high quality durably acryl. Acryl is considered to be one of the best plastic materials for outdoor use, it is long lasting and UV-stable. Product inspection with various test devices brings outstanding test results in UV- light- and color resistance for all standard colors produced by our company. The SKZ-Würzburg (South Germany Plastic Center) provides so called Examination for White: Test result shows a very good color-, UV-, and light-resistance for our product. The test was made according to the plastic-window-norm. This product is a registered trade mark. -

We almost fulfill every individual wish with the SYNTAL ®-Acryl-fence profiles. 6 different colours thereof 3 with structured surfaces, even in combination, different breadths of the laths and a wide variety of cutaway models are available. Extreme edge- and round-solutions are provided.
Existing substructures like posts or rails can be often retained, which is very cost-saving. You can create your fence with our long-profiles completely by yourself with regular tools – the cost saving way. Otherwise you can obtain it already made-up by us and build it by yourself. But you can also let your whole fence-construction incl. door and gate built or mount by a regional distributor from us.
The examination happened referring to the plastic-window-norm. This product is a proprietary registered design.

care
Our materials are environmentally neutral, harmless to people and animals. They can be recycled and reused in our own production cycles. Our fence layouts and/or balcony balustrades are easy to take care of.
In case of defilement (dust, street pollution, oil, fat, road salt, acidic rain, moss, etc.), neutral soap, brush and warm water can be used for cleaning. The plastic-cleaner for outdoor applications ”Sidol” from the company Henkel is very advisable.
For persistent dirt special detergent for plastics can be used (attention: do not use solvents!). We will always be happy to provide consultation.

processing
Plastic materials for fence layouts are mounted with stainless steel screws on approximately color matching aluminum cross post profiles. Additionally, various posts can be delivered to be fixed with concrete, or post dummies to be screwed on (Separate installation- and set-up instructions are also available.)
This material can be worked with regular woodworking-machines and hardened tools (saws, milling machines, drills etc.). Please, consult us about this. Cut sections are treated with a special polymer varnish. Colors match the outside coating. The specific weight of this plastic lies within of the hardwood weight. Attention has to be paid to the span between fence posts or to the balcony shades (heavier!).
Concerning balcony balustrade you need to observe building- and safety regulations, which can vary from district to district. This concerns especially the building of inner frames (structures)!
Balcony profiles have to be fixed with stainless steel screws (Ø min 6 mm) and nuts. Plastic materials in general change in length from cold and heat (dark colors more than bright). Due to this fact long balcony profiles should be cut into pieces.
We are always happy to provide advice.
Long holes or bigger drill holes can be constructively used here. Plastic profiles should not lie uncovered or loose or be installed in the blazing sun. They might warp (darker colors more than bright) and get hot. We recommend to work on these materials in the shade. -
